Abstract

The cytotoxic effect of valproic acid and trichostatin A to human neuroblastoma UKF-NB-3, UKF-NB-4 and SK-N-AS cancer cell lines was investigated in this study. These HDCA inhibitors are cytotoxic to neuroblastomas and induce CYP 1A1 and 3A4 in some of these cells.
