Phospholipase D family interactions with the cytoskeleton: isoform δ promotes plasma membrane anchoring of cortical microtubules

Abstract

Using transient supression of gene expression of six phospholipases D in Allium porum using RNAi approach we have found that isoform δ is involved in the promoting microtubule plasma membrane anchorage.
