Automated checking methods of the Digital Terrain Models based on TIN

Abstract

This article is focused on the construction and analysis of the Digital Terrain Model based on Delaunay triangulation. For an automatic assessment of height differences between analyzed DTM and a reference dataset, some statistical tests based on root mean square error, standard deviation or other are applied.
