Abstract
In the Czech republic, the first findings of mycoparasitic species Trichoderma aggressivum f. europaeum was recorded. Identity of the species was verified by molecular analysis of ITS rDNA and comparison with published seqeunces.
Two isolates (CCF 3862 and CCF 3865) were deposited to the Culture Collection of Fungi (CCF), Charles University in Prague.
