Tobacco Arp3 is localized to actin-nucleating sites in vivo

Abstract

In the paper, colocalization of ARP3 protein with actin filaments was shown. ARP3 was preferentially localized in actin-nucleating sites.

Polar localization of ARP3 was independent on polar localization of PIN.
