Fertility in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic: Differences Old and New

Abstract

Since WWII both countries have been converging in the reproductive behaviour.Since 2005, total fertility rate has been lower in Slovakia. The percentage of extramarital births has been rising in both populations.
