Publication at Faculty of Science |
2009

Abstract

Metakirchheimerite was found at the Evangelista vein at the "Adit level" of the Svornost shaft, Jáchymov ore district, Krušné hory Mountains, Czech Republic. It forms rare crystalline aggregates consisting of fine brittle tabular crystals on carbonate gangue with disseminated primary minerals.

The chemical composition, X-ray diffraction pattern, unit-cell parameters refined for triclinic cell, infrared and Raman spectra of studied metakirchhemerite are given.
