Diversity of fungal communities in saline and acidic soils in National Natural Reserve Soos, Czech Republic
Abstract
In overall aim was the study of diversity of culturable filamentous soil microfungi in saline and acidic soils of the Soos National Natural Reserve (Czech Republic). The soil fungi were isolated by means of standard isolation technique.
Isolated strains were identified using classical and molecular markers. The growth response of selected strains to different salinities and pH values was determined.
