Modification of VARNA applet with markedly improved display of RNA secondary structures and export of the results. Some of the improvements were finally implemented into the final version of original VARNA by its authors [Darty,K., Denise,A. and Ponty,Y. (2009) VARNA: interactive drawing and editing of the RNA secondary structure.
