Between Science and Politics : Activities of Russian Biologists in inter-war Czechoslovakia

Abstract

This paper aims to introduce the activities of Russian biologist-emigrants in inter-war Czechoslovakia; moreover, the general features of adaptation of the émigré intellectuality into different cultural and political niches is discussed.
