Shift in Representation of Borderlines in East-Central Part of Europe

Abstract

Since the fall of the bipolar world there has been great shift in state of Europe and thus representation of its concept and extent. The aim of this study was to explore how was this political shift expressed in textbooks of World Regional Geography and in the subjective views of geography students through their cognitive sketch map drawings.
