Proposal of a new design of the future EU Cohesion Policy

Abstract

The article offers a set of proposals for a new outline of the EU regional policy including their financial and implemenation implications. Namely, pros and cons of incorporation of new challenges into the EU regional policy are discussed.

Also several other issue like the proper rate of geographic concentration of EU regional policy are elaborated.
