Thecamoebians from recent lake sediments from the Šumava Mts, Czech Republic

Abstract

Thecamoebian assemblages were studied from the five glacial lakes in the Šumava Mts. Twelve species of thecamoebians were identified.

The most abundant species is Difflugia globulus. Cluster analysis enable to distinguish three asssemblages.
