Different behaviour of GPCRs from rat brain cortex when exposed to Triton X-100

Abstract

Different distribution of beta-adrenergic and GABAB receptors was revealed in membrane domains isoloted on flotation sucroce gradient after solubilizatin with Triton X-100.
