The Lisbon Treaty and its Influence on the System of Division of Powers in the Czech republic

Abstract

The Lisbon Treaty changes the powers of the EU bodiesand changes the mutual relations among the EU and its member states as well. Indirectly the Lisbon Treaty during the process of its ratification can change the system of division of powers in the member states, as that process is shown on the example of the Czech republic.
