Surmounting the Wall of Legal Entity and Some Aspects of International Private Law in International Insolvency Proceedings

Abstract
The article deals with the penetration of the wall of a legal entity (corporate veil piercing). It is to know the Czech international insolvency law, both under the Insolvency Act, and under the law on bankruptcy.
And then the question is addressed in the law for an international bankruptcy procedure under Regulation č.1346/2000.
