Abstract
This article examines a verdict of Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic. The verdict imposes excess duties on energy company (corporation) ČEZ to inform more about its activities - the duties that are typical for state authorities.
This article describes possible impacts on corporate governance of state-owned companies (corporations) too.
