Pluralism and power law of the Czech Republic

Abstract

In the study, the author shows an example of the Czech Republic, such law is undergoing changes in terms of pluralism of power. Law of the Czech Republic is made up from multiple sources - in addition to Parliament and Government are the European legislation, international law and local authorities.

The result is only a limited degree of coordination capacity law, an orderly transition from a hierarchical to a network system of law. In effect, the law undermines the importance of representative democracy, the growing role of the technocracy, including the judiciary.

Specific role has also parallel system of internal rules applied in large corporations and government.
