Funcional magnetic resonance imaging is an advanced and totality noninvasive imaging method used to abserve brain activity. Its results are of excellent space resolution, together with sulfficient temporal resolution and signal to noise ratio.
Disadvantages of this method are higher technical demands and the need of good cooperation of the patienth. This review briefly deals with physiological processes used by these methods, technical principles and basic rules of th examination.
It is intended for both radiogical assistants and doctors interested in basic information about principles of this imaging method.
