Abstract
Legislation Guidelines Do Not Resuscitate the Czech legal environment and international comparisons. Analysis of treatment in the U.S., UK, Germany and Spain.
Conclusions indicate the need for statutory implementation of the Institute previously voiced wishes of even the Czech law.
