Abstract
Legislation Guidelines Do Not Resuscitate the Czech legal environment and the protection of personality. DNR collision with articles of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, namely the right to protect the life, physical integrity and privacy of personal freedom, human dignity, personal honor, reputation, protection of private family life and health.
