Abstract
The conference examined the phenomenon of conversion in classical figures of Christian tradition, both the positive and the negative expressions of the "invitations to conversion" in times of Christianisation and re-Christianisation of Europe, communication of the experience of conversion in the mystical traditions of the West, and cultural mediations of such experiences.
