Letter to the editor: Management and sequelae after misapplied intrathecal dactinomycin

Abstrakt

Neurotoxic symptoms from intrathecal (i.t.) medications have been reported after instilling correct doses of the appropriate drugs, after overdosages, and after errors in medication. Our experience with inappropriately given i.t. dactinomycin (AMD) is recorded here.
