The effect of a single oral administration of ambroxol on the ultrastructure of the epithelium of terminal bronchioles in rabbits

Abstrakt

Twenty minutes after oral administration of 7.5 mg of ambroxol, epithelial cells of terminal bronchioles revealed mild signs of the pathological alteration. Secretory Clara cells were not stimulated to release their secretion.
