Knowledge in the field of innovation management and their impact on innovation creation in enterprises

Abstract

Education presents competitive advantage for businesses. The article deals with issue of education in field of innovation and management innovation and tries to answer whether entrepreneurs find knowledge about innovation important.

Education in this field is challenge for businessman as well as for their employees. The research was made in South Moravia in the Czech Republic and there were used both primary and secondary research.

For the secondary research were used monographs and papers and contributions in scientific international and national journals. Primary research was based on questionnaires survey.

Results from the primary research are important especially for entrepreneurs who attempt to succeed with product innovation or other types of innovation on the market. The possible impact of knowledge and education in field of innovation is discussed in this article.
