Workshop of workers of bank and collection facilities of human milk focused on the HACCP system and microbial risk assessment
Abstract
The course was organised due to changes in legislation. The breast human milk supported to children other that of own mother is component of diet and fall under the food legislation, part devoted to catering.
Special Czech regulation contains also paragraph that requires and defines the pasteurisation conditions and handling. The general rules valid for any food and catering production have to be reflected including HACCP system.
