Candidate genes of juvenile hypertension in the region of the major histocompatibility system

Abstrakt

The present paper informs about allele frequencies in three HLA locuses (HLA-DRB3, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1). The czech population results are compared with data of different european and south american populations.

The most important locus is locus HLA-DQA1, where alleles 0302 and 0103 are present in non Asp57/Asp57 set.
