Abstract
The autors pay attention to problems which arise as a result of the development of medical technologies. It is particular a problem o increasing costs, but last not least also 'dehumimatization or depersonalization' of medicine.
The solution must be sought in the mode of evaluation of technologies and regulation of their application.
