Determination of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine in urine by capillary electrophoresis

Abstrakt

A capillary electrophoresis method was developed for the determination of urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) as the biomarker of oxidative DNA damage. The limit of UV detection was 5 mg 8-OHdG in 1 L of urine.
