Relationship between polymorphism of apolipoprotein E and the development of adenomas and carcinomas of the large bowel

Abstract

Natural polymorphism of apo E has been recently studied in changes in intraluminal delivery of cholesterol and bile acids. Recently it has been admitted, that polymorphism apoE could play a role in colorectal carcinogenesis.

Aim of this study is demonstrate relationship between Apolipoprotein E polymorphism and development of adenoma and colorectal carcinoma.
