Abstract
Heart failure is serious problem in medicine and by its impact in economy and in the society. The amount of patients treated for the heart failure is more and more and the treatment is increasingly costing.
The heart failure has many causes but by unknown reasons (they are certainly multifactorial) they are simplify to myocardial causes. Another etiology gets out of physician?s mind.
The valvular heart diseases, the mechanical causes of the heart failure, are one of these forgotten causes. But the situation getting better due to effort of many cardiologist and cardiosurgeons and it?s really gratifying process.
The main aim of this brief abstract is reviewed the basic rules in diagnostic and in the treatment of the valvular heart diseases, which we meet in maturity
