Acute myocarditis manifesting as a transmural myocardial infarction accompanied by acute renal failure

Abstract

We report the case of a patient admitted to our department with a presentation of acute transmural myocardial infarction complicated with acute renal failure. Since there was normal coronarography the right diagnose was acute myokarditis which was manifested with ECG and laboratory markers of acute coronary syndrome
