Abstract
The book presents summery of older and current pieces on knowledge of pathophysiology, pathoanatomical findings, clinical signs, diagnostic options and contribution of imaging techniques to the diagnostics and prognosis of DAI. On the basis of the authors' own outcomes, a recommendable diagnosic procedure is presented.
