Surgical treatment of displaced fractures of posterior column and posterior wall of the of the acetabutum

Abstrakt

Information in letter to the editor format submit an absolute needed of CT scan in each patient with acetabular fracture (correct therapeutic planing). Also recommends use of antiembolic profylaxis (pelvic injuries and acetabular fractures are followed by swelling and soft tissue contusion, that's why it is a high risk factor of deep venous trombosis).
