Abstract
Every year increases the number of patients with serious spinal cord injury in Czech Republic by 300. With regard to the general increase of injuries, mainly those caused by traffic, the further escalation of these patients to the future is highly expectable.
The authors focuse to general overview of the most frequent urological complications in patients with spinal cord injury. They point out the necessity of lifetime urological dispensarisation of these patients, in specialised centres preferably
