Abstract
Guidelines for infectious endokardititu based on current knowledge of medical science and are deemed lege artis. This is not a recommendation, not rules, so must be individualized approach for each patient.
The doctor may use a different approach, but it needs documentation to justify why they deviated from the recommended procedure. The first reason is to improve the innovation výsledů cardiac operations and the resulting expansion of indications for surgical therapy.
