Abstract
Android and gynoid obesity is not different only in appearance but also in metabolism. The reasons of these differencies are molecular-biological, biochemical and they arise on the subcellular and cellular level and continue through tissue and organs changes of the whole organism.
In this paper we tried to synthetize the contemporary informations of different mechanisms of android and gynoid obesity.
