Abstract
Retrospective study was performed on the 87 adult patiens with orbital tumor, diagnosed and treated on the Eye Clinic of the Vinohrady Teaching Hospital and 3rd Faculty of Medicine in Prague. Benign tumors or pseudotumors were diagnosed in 49 cases, malignant tumors in 38 cases.
Inflammatory pseudotumor prevailed aminy the cases of benign lesions, lymphoma (most commonly MALT lymphoma type) prevailed among the malignant tumors. Histopathologic examination was essential in the establishing of final diagnosis.
