Abstract
Beyond the socalled intrinsic aging,which takes place in the whole organism on similar level,the skin is also subject to the socalled extrinsic aging first of all under the influence of the ultraviolet radiation (photoaging). During the examination of the aging skin in dermatology functional diagnostics is been conducted and the socalled antiaging anamneses is been drawn.
Vitamin A acid derivatives and antioxidation substances are used in the cosmetic products for local therapy. Microdermabrasion,chemical peeling,ablative and non-ablative laser,botulotoxin,injection filler agents,etc are been used in the dermatoestetic practice
