Enhancement of analgesic effect of paracetamol and ibuprofen with rilmenidine in mice

Abstrakt

The aim of the study was to investigate the antinociceptive effect of rilmenidine, an imidazoline (I1) agonist, in the writhing test in mice. Subsequently we have explored the influence of rilmenidine on analgesic action of paracetamol and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug ibuprofen.

Experimental studies of combination of these agents have not yet been published.
