Abstract
Acute renal failure in surgical patrients represent seriously complications in perioperative and postinjury period, and also in patients with acute abdomen. In this chapter is introduced definition and cause of acute renal failure.
There are prerenal azotemia, direct injury of renal parenchyma and postrenal failure. Besides clinical symptomatology are contained preventive a curative management of acute renal failure in surgical patients
