Are differenes in angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors clinicaly significant?

Abstract

The article deals with the differences among ACE inhibitors. Based on analysis of the effect in patients after overcoming myocardial infarction and chronic heart failure is the best documented effects of long-acting ACE inhibitors (perindopril or ramipril) versus short-acting ACE inhibitors.
