Abstract
The common denominator of the case studies presented are different forms and different stages of heart failure, therefore, extremely timely topic. In addition to the variety of clinical pictures, enjoy the possibilities of rational pharmacotherapy and realize how big the gaps in our knowledge - especially if we focus on diastolic heart failure, a failure with preserved systolic function.
