Renal Replacement Therapy in Burns, Yes or No, Case Reports

Abstract

Criteria for indication of renal replacement therapy in burned patients is necessary to understand in the context of injury and its overall prognosis. The publication focuses on three interesting case reports, which have been a different diagnosis and entry criteria for possible elimination, its indications and methods.

In the first it was a case of renal failure on the basis of crush syndrome and dehydration in extensively frosted patient, in the second case was a renal failure within multiple organ silure and in the third cas, it was a severe metabolic acidosis during acute burn shock
