Clopidogrel up-titration versus standard dose in patients with high residual platelet reactivity after percutaneous coronary intervention: A single-center pilot randomised study

Abstrakt

This pilot randomized trial assessed the pharmacodynamic efect of clopidogrel up-titration versus standard clopidogrel dose in patient undergoing PCI with high residual platelet reactivity measured with VerifyNow. Compared to standard dose, clipodogrel up-titration reached the effective platelet inhibition in these patients.
