Abstract
We present a patient (37 years) with polytrauma after fall from roof of car, due to electric shock with the need for urgent resuscitation. During the complicated treatment was required evacuation of epidural hematoma (EDH) to the right, artificial pulmonary ventilation (UPV), treatment of burned areas with autotransplantation.
After eighty days the patient was transferred to a healed surgical catchment-treatment and rehabilitation.
