Abstract
The drink containing whey proteins is in liquid or dried form and by adding of water it is converted to liquid. Liquid form contains about 30 % of whey proteins, it is flavored and contains nutritionally significant amounts of calcium and magnesium.
The drink has a high nutritional value and its ingestion increases insulin secretion, but not glycaemia.
