Abstract
Malignant melanoma of the skin occurs neoplastic proliferation of skin melanocytes - the pigment forming cells. This is the fastest-growing tumor with an incidence in the world.
Number of disease malignant melanoma is doubling every ten years. Currently the case in the Czech Republic on 12-14 100 000 inhabitants of newly reported melanomů.Nodulární melanoma (NM) NM makes up 20% of all melanomas, and ranks as the 2nd place in the frequency of this tumor.
