Abstract
The spleen is most frequently injuried solid organ in abdominal cavity. Management in tretment of spleen injury is on base of clinical condition and results of image methods (ultrasonography , computer tomography).
Nonoperative management is indicated in stabile patients with I.and II. grade. Splenectomy was indicated in patients with hemodynamic instability and serious associated injuries
