Abstract
The liver is the most important metabolizing organ of our body. There are a myriad of substances potentially acting hepatotoxically (halotan, troglitazone, hormonal contraceptives etc.).
This article focuses on the risk of hepatotoxicity in relation with the use of paracetamol and non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs.
